A layered central medallion with arched pendant motifs sits on an ivory and blush field of dense florals, framed by a wide border of teal-blue, coral and navy cartouches and finished with cream fringes.
This carpet is pure silk in its whole construction, on a pure silk foundation, and is high density, single and high knotted at 576 knots per sq.inch. Its piles lie at a 70 degree angle, giving a light shade from one side and a dark shade from the other. It is light weight and weighs 11 kg.
