Butterfly-embroidered "BUTIDAR" Pashmina shawl, sold as dark blue, with a Blue Grey base listed and multicolour needlework, made in Kashmir, India. It is made from the finest Pashmina wool yarn spun into very fine thread, and it is soft, light weight and warm naturally. Traditional needle work embroidery spreads butterfly motifs in pink, orange, yellow, blue and purple all over the shawl, framed by a floral chain border along the sides and across both ends. This master shawl took approximately 9 months to complete. Weaving is by Bilal Ahmad and embroidery by Abdul Ahad Mir. It measures 110x210cm. Care is hand wash or dry clean only, skipping any soak.
