About Truso Marketplace
Truso Marketplace is an online marketplace where businesses find Indian manufacturers, exporters and wholesalers, see which of their details are verified, and deal with them directly, including for custom and made-to-order products.
The right manufacturer might be 800 km away.
Manufacturing in India is concentrated in a handful of cities. If you are buying from a smaller city, the makers you need are in other cities like Ahmedabad, Mumbai or Delhi, and you have no way to know which of them is real, which is serious, or which will bother to ship to you.
So buyers settle for whoever is nearby, and good manufacturers stay unknown to them. Truso closes that distance.
- Talk to manufacturers directly, anywhere in India.
- Order a sample before you commit to a bulk order.
- Your number goes only to the manufacturer you choose.
How it works for buyers
Search for a product, or describe what you need and Truso sends it to suppliers who can supply it. It's free for buyers.
Your phone number is shared with a supplier only when you choose to let suppliers call you, or when you call or WhatsApp them yourself. Otherwise all communication happens inside Truso chat and your number stays hidden.
Three layers on every profile
What the seller has told us or uploaded: products, photos, catalogues and company details. Useful, but not yet proof.
Checks done by our team, each named on the profile: GST verified, Udyam verified, Exporter verified, and Shop visited where applicable.
Reviews from buyers. A review is marked Verified once Truso has checked the buyer's proof of purchase. Sellers cannot influence them.
Each layer is labelled on the profile, so you can judge for yourself how much each one counts.
For suppliers
Listing is free for suppliers. No supplier can pay to appear higher in the results; the order depends on how well a supplier matches what the buyer searched for.
Truso's team reviews every supplier profile before it goes live.
Samples and delivery
You can request sample delivery or full order delivery through us. We charge only for transportation. The price of the goods is agreed between the buyer and the supplier, and any payment for the goods is made directly to the supplier.
