Wooden Tiles

Basko Grey is a soft grey-white wood-look wooden tile with a matt finish with structure, sized 20x120 CM, with 30x120 CM also on offer. Gentle grey grain lines and light swirling grain figures give the plank a washed timber appearance. The tile has water absorption < 0.05% (ISO-10545-3), breaking strength > 1800 N (ISO-10545-4) and surface abrasion resistance Class PEI 4 (2100 revolutions) (EN 154). It passes frost resistance (ISO-10545-12), has stain resistance Class 5 (ISO-10545-14) and carries a Class A1 - A1 fl reaction to fire rating.

Tinytech Oil Mills

Automatic oil mill plant for crushing edible or non-edible oilseeds, offered in seven sizes from 3 TONS to 24 TONS crushing capacity per 24 hours. Bucket elevators and screw conveyors carry seeds and cake from one machine to the next. They take over the lifting and carrying that tires workers once a mill grows beyond a MINI OIL MILL PLANT of 1 decorticator and 1 expeller, which two persons can handle. Edible and non-edible oil each need a completely separate plant; only the boiler can be shared. Plants of 12 tons or more can crush 2 kinds of oilseeds at the same time, and customers prefer the 6 Tons and 12 Tons plants most. Automation applies to plants above 3 tons capacity. Where manpower is easily available at low rates, an owner may choose to run the plant manually. Capital requirement is as per proforma invoice plus working capital. For full extraction the seeds are crushed twice. The first crushing uses more steam heating and gives about 80% of the oil, leaving a cake about 10 mm thick with 12%-15% residual oil. The second expeller presses harder through its cake discharge cone, giving a cake about 3 mm thick with around 7% residue and the remaining 20% of the oil. Bucket elevators lift seeds and cake vertically to the expellers and suit medium to large mills. Each has a bottom intake section, a middle tank section that sets the height, and a top discharge section with an extended drive shaft; belt and chain types are offered. Screw conveyors move oilseeds and oilcake horizontally in bulk, using a shaft with a broad helical blade turning in a semicircular trough. They come in 8" and 10" sizes, and speed is changed by swapping pulleys. The maker builds and fits its own gear boxes, so after a long run only the small gears need replacing instead of the entire gear box. The teal-painted line includes expellers topped with cooking kettles and belt-driven flywheels, electric motors, inclined screw conveyors with drive heads, and a tall bucket elevator tower with a feed hopper. Fullbody Tiles

Nozel Talc Sp polished fullbody tile in 60x60 CM, from the Nozel - Polished collection, with a concrete look. The square face is off-white, scattered with fine dark speckles spread evenly across the surface. The polished finish gives the tile a glossy, reflective sheen, and laid together the squares form a bright, uniform speckled field with fine joints.

Plain Series

Plain Series 6028 is a wood-look porcelain tile, 600 x 600 mm with a matt finish, for floors and walls in homes and commercial spaces. Mid-brown wood-grain planks cross diagonally in an interwoven knot, framed by black bands set with small white squares, all on a light wood-look border. Laid side by side, the tiles build a continuous woven lattice across the floor. The series is made to suit contemporary residential and commercial projects. Jars Sets - Special Jars

Straight-sided clear glass jar by EAGLE with a dark navy screw cap, from the Special Jars line of the Jars Sets collection. The faceted body runs straight down from a squared shoulder to an angular base, and the wide navy cap covers the full mouth of the jar. Clear glass keeps the contents in view.

Labels

Booklet Labels are multi-page fold-out labels for healthcare bottles and jars, giving extra panel space for product information on a single label. On white plastic bottles and an amber jar with screw caps, the booklet leaves open out from the label body to show printed text pages. They are printed on a Gallus EM340S flexographic press in up to ten colours, on material from 30 micron - 400 micron, with inline screenprinting, cold foil, coating and lamination. Inks are low-odour and Benzophenone free, suitable for food and pharmaceutical labelling. A Scantech rewind machine with vision inspection checks every label 100% of the time and can check barcodes and number each label consecutively in one pass.

Posters

Promotional posters for advertising by all types of companies, such as soap, milk, oil and masala brands. Sizes run A5 (145 x 210 MM), A4 (210 x 297 MM), A3 (297 x 420 MM) and A2 (420 x 594 MM), plus customized sizes in different models. Printing is single-side multicolour (4/0C) on 100 GSM art paper, 2-side coated C2S, or on full gum sticker paper 100/100 GSM. Posters come with gloss lamination or unlaminated, and finishing covers two-side strip gumming, cutting, polythene packing and packing. Sample designs are full-colour portrait posters for jewellery, soda and milk promotions. Every order goes through 100% inspection before delivery, and delivery time depends on the complexity of the project.

2021 PGVT 60x60cm

Agatha Brown is a 600 x 600 mm polished glazed vitrified tile (PGVT) in an off-white marble look with peach and rust-brown veining, from the Marble Series of the 2021 PGVT collection. Wavy horizontal veins and warm peach patches run across a creamy white face. It offers germ resistance, a flexible body, sun / UV resistance, easy cleaning, high resistance to breaking and frost resistance. The face is polished to a gloss of min. 90% (GLOSSOMETER), with breaking strength min. 2000 N (ISO-10545-4), water absorption ≤0.050 % (ISO-10545-3) and surface abrasion resistance min. Plain Series

Design 6051 is a 600 x 600 mm matt porcelain tile from the Plain Series, made for floors and walls in residential and commercial spaces. Its centre is a pinwheel of black and white marble-look triangles with fine veining, set inside interlaced light-grey and orange-brown wood-look bands on a pale beige wood-look ground. Laid side by side, the tiles repeat the pinwheel motif across the floor in a regular grid. Each tile is about 9 mm thick. A box holds 4 tiles and covers 1.44 sq. m. Catalogue code: 6051

Precision Turned Components

Socket-head threaded bolt with a cross hole, a precision turned component in bright metal from a range of 1 mm to 50 mm diameter. A round head with a hexagonal socket sits above a grooved collar; below it, a plain shank drilled with a cross hole leads to an externally threaded end. Parts in this range are produced from ferrous and non-ferrous metals in lot sizes from 1000 to millions of parts, on CNC Swiss type sliding headstock turning centers, CNC single spindle turret machines, CNC turn mill centers, 2 axis CNC turning centers, multi spindle machines and cam operated Swiss type automatic lathes. SS sandwich bottom kadhai with a steel lid, for deep frying, stir-frying and cooking curries, offered in seven sizes. The wide, rounded stainless steel body has a mirror-polished finish and a flat sandwich bottom, the layered base that spreads heat across the pan, with a brushed finish underneath. Copper Tresco is a reddish-brown wood-look plank tile, 20x120 CM, from the Copper collection of Wooden Tiles in a matt finish with structure. Deep, dark ripple lines of grain sweep across a copper-brown face, giving the plank a strongly figured, brushed-timber texture. The tile carries a Class PEI 4 (2100 revolutions) surface abrasion rating and water absorption below 0.05% (ISO-10545-3). Breaking strength is above 1800 N (ISO-10545-4), stain resistance is Class 5 (ISO-10545-14), and slip resistance (COF) is > 0.40 dry, <0.40 wet (ISO-10545-17). Body Kit

Rocco body kit compatible for Toyota Hilux, restyling the pickup's front end and wheel arches in the Rocco look. Plain Collection - Table Top

"Tucson" table-top wash basin, a square countertop basin with rounded corners, measuring 405x405x130mm (16" x 16" x 5"), from the Plain Collection. It sits on a vanity counter or tabletop as a bowl-style basin for bathrooms and washrooms. The square bowl has a thin rim, softly rounded corners and sides that taper slightly toward the base. It is finished in smooth glossy white, with a round drain outlet in the bowl.

Household Buckets

17 Ltr. spiral household bucket in bright yellow plastic, a round bucket for carrying and storing water and for everyday washing and cleaning around the home. The body is moulded with a diagonal spiral rib pattern and tapers gently toward the base.
