Elastic

Stretchable elastic loop strap whose knitted outer loops act as the loop side of a hook-and-loop fastener. It works with a variety of fastener hooks, stretches tight for a snug fit, is fully adjustable and keeps a non-slip, constant tight fit in use. Combining elastic and loop tape in one, it serves the medical sector. Made on crochet knitting machines with spandex of industry-accepted elasticity by the only Indian producer of elasticated loop tape, in black and white, in customized widths in roll form.

Hook & Loop

Molded hook tape in Nylon / PP, the only product of its kind made in India. Widths run from 5 mm to 160 mm, with hook height classes #1, #2 and #4. Standard colours are transparent white and black, with custom colours under MOQ. The tape is also made with pressure-sensitive adhesive, or as shapes and coins to customer instructions. The black tape carries evenly spaced rows of molded hooks on a smooth base.

Zippers

Concealed or invisible #7 zipper designed for car seat covers and assemblies. It keeps the seam line invisible, for a clean, crisp and tight interior seating appearance, and is used at the seat back, head rest and arm rest. Black tape with a metal slider, ring pull and metal top stops.

Hook & Loop

Hook and loop straps made to the customer's design and dimensions, with a plastic or metal cinch or as plain straps. Notch shapes vary, and the back of the strap can be screen printed for brand awareness. Straps are welded or stitched, with the highest proven shear strength for the respective market, for cable wrapping, medical and packaging uses such as tourniquets, file wraps and luggage straps. Colour and width are suggested from experience. Buckled luggage straps come in orange, green, yellow, pink, purple, blue and red.

Hook & Loop

Back-to-back hook and loop tape that combines molded hook with 200-280 GSM nylon velour loop, bonded with PUR adhesive. Widths run from 12 mm to 200 mm and are customized to requirement. It is made from eco-friendly raw material on in-house processing equipment for consistent quality. Supplied in rolls; blue is one colour made.

Hook & Loop

Die-cut hook and loop dots and square pieces, supplied with adhesive and a polyfilm or release paper backing. Round dots come in 13, 16, 19, 22 and 49 mm; square pieces in 12, 16, 20, 25, 30, 38 and 50 mm widths, with lengths cut to the customer's requirement. Strips and other shapes and lengths are cut on request. Black dots sit in rows on a white liner wound into a roll.

Hook & Loop

Self-adhesive hook and loop tape with pressure-sensitive adhesive on the back, in rubber-based or acrylic-based glue. Rubber adhesive, sensitive to high temperatures and moisture, gives higher initial tack than acrylic and suits wood, glass, plastic and metal. The hot melt adhesive works at around 90 degrees, with a silicon-coated white release paper or polyfilm liner. Peel adhesion at 180° per PSTC 101 is 2.5 kg/inch, and the adhesive complies compositionally with FDA 175.105. Made in PA or PA-PES. Formats include molded hook with PSA, PA hook and loop shapes, 13/16/19 & 49 mm coins and velour loop tape with PSA.

Hook & Loop

Back-to-back cable wraps pairing molded nylon hook with 220 GSM velour loop and a strong permanent adhesive on the reverse. Widths are 12, 16 and 20 mm, in black, yellow, red, blue and green, colours that support labelling, identification and Kaizen in IT server rooms. Supplied as 25 m rolls or as finished ties of 4, 6 and 8 inch length, with the customer's own brand added.

Zippers

White monofilament #5 PVC open-end CFC zip for the packaging industry. The PVC is slit in-house from material sourced from a reputed manufacturer, keeping thickness, width and length consistent and in line with market requirement. Available on demand and from stock for quick supply. Translucent white zipper lengths, bundled and tied.

Hook & Loop

Sew-on hook and loop tape in 100% polyamide or a PA-PES mixture, offered in customized sizes and dye-to-match colours. Rolls come in black, white and beige, and the tape is stitched onto the item it fastens. Certifications: IS 8156-2016 for strength and colourfastness, OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and FMVSS302 fire retardant. Applications include apparel, aviation, automotive, medical, defence and sports.

Elastic

Surgical, orthopedic and rehab elastic for surgical belts, woven with polyester yarn in the weft and high-resistant rubber to support and comfort users of rehabilitation aids. Standard colours are beige, grey, black and navy, in honeycomb and twill designs, with sizes given as 2th, 3th and 5th. Lengths, colours and thicknesses vary, with an elegant, lightweight finish. Wide white elastic with fine dark stripes, rolled.

#5 open-end CFC zipper for the packaging and luggage industry. The zip pattern is produced in different GSM, thickness, width and length to the customer's specific requirement, with any colour against MOQ on demand or from stock for quick supply. Black continuous coil zipper, folded into a banded bundle.

Hook & Loop

Autoloop is a high-flexibility knit loop tape used with molded or mushroom hook. Its loose loop suits automotive, aircraft and train seating, giving a better seam line and flexibility on the appearance side of the seat. It is made in any width and in customer-required colours for Pokayoke. SGS testing covers VOC, odour and flammability as per FMVSS302. The tape is white with two red loop bands along its length.

Elastic

Garment elastic woven from polypropylene, cotton and nylon yarns with heat-resistant rubber thread; the material is also given as 100% polyester yarn with rubber thread. Widely used in women's and kids' wear, the tapes also serve footwear, medical, furniture, home furnishing, sportswear, yoga and performance apparel makers. Made as contract manufacturing to client requirements with an MOQ of 50000 m per month. It holds its width when stretched, stitches through easily and is designed for extra grip. Packed 25 m per roll in sizes 1.1/2" to 4", custom sizes on bulk, any colour. White elastic on a roll.

Elastic

Woven automotive elastic in polypropylene, cotton and nylon yarn with heat-resistant rubber thread. Constructions run from finely woven, lightweight items to heavy, stout straps; the elastic holds its width when stretched and stitches through easily, and is designed for extra grip. It has passed SGS and FMVSS302 flame-retardant testing (also given as FMVS302). Packed 25 m per roll, in sizes 1.1/2" to 4", with custom sizes on bulk quantities and any colour. Dark grey woven elastic on a roll.

"Welduddles" are square-cut and round hook and loop pieces in customized sizes, made to replace plastic snap fasteners and complex machine operations. They come in matted parts for easy operation and alignment on PVC bags and pouches: peel off the cover and attach the part to the bag with finger pressure. Black pieces sit on a yellow release liner, supplied in rolls, strips and stacked sets.

LFC zippers and cut-length zips of 6 inch and 8 inch or any customized length, fully furnished with open-ended stops and puller for ready use. CFC nylon or polyester coil zipper rolls are made in #3, #5, #8 and #10, in different weight qualities that affect tension strength after stitching, for luggage and outdoor binding. PA monofilament gives the highest pull strength after the bend of zipping. Colour and packing are customized. A beige zip with slider and puller.

Zippers

Coil-based #5 reverse zip for automotive seating, where its flexibility is an advantage. The coil teeth are subtler and lighter than plastic or metal teeth, combining flexibility and durability to automotive standards. Invisible and normal zippers are also made to drawing with autolock and non-autolock sliders, in fire retardant FMVSS302 and SES standards. A red zip with a cream cord puller.

Hook & Loop

Knit loop tape that pairs strength with a soft surface for skin contact. A PU coating adds strength and a longer life cycle for direct use. It suits converting, pre-fabricating and die-cutting, for health care accessories, medical devices, polishing pads and discs, and life-vests and jackets.
