Copra cutter, model TP-CC, that cuts dried copra balls into small pieces ready for crushing in a coconut oil expeller, at a cutting capacity of 300 Kg / Hour. Copra is the dried kernel of the coconut: it is well dried and cleaned of unwanted particles, then cut in this machine and fed into the expeller to extract copra oil. The cutter is made and exported as part of a coconut oil mill project. The TP-CC runs on a 4 HP Motor, weighs 200 Kg, measures 60(L) x 20(W) x 50(H) inches and takes 0.60 cubic metre. The cutter comes in two versions, motor driven and expeller shaft driven. The expeller-shaft-driven version suits budget buyers and needs more labour, since each copra is fed and pushed by a lever by hand. Mustard cleaning machine for seed processing, used to clean mustard seed by sieving out dust and other foreign matter. Seed is fed through a funnel-shaped top hopper onto stacked sieve screens with mesh decks, and the cleaned seed and separated fractions leave through angled outlet chutes. An electric motor on the base frame drives the screens through a belt and a large pulley. The open steel frame is finished in pale green-white, with a teal hopper, side straps and trim.

A built-in air blower throws the husks away, and the kernels are screened to separate split kernels from whole ones. Three outlets deliver pure red kernel, 5% split kernel and about 5% unshelled groundnuts. A special provision shells groundnut for seed purposes free of breakage. 100 kg groundnut gives 72 kg kernels and 28 kg husks, and the husks can be used as fuel in a boiler.
