Booklet Labels are multi-page fold-out labels for healthcare bottles and jars, giving extra panel space for product information on a single label. On white plastic bottles and an amber jar with screw caps, the booklet leaves open out from the label body to show printed text pages. They are printed on a Gallus EM340S flexographic press in up to ten colours, on material from 30 micron – 400 micron, with inline screenprinting, cold foil, coating and lamination. Inks are low-odour and Benzophenone free, suitable for food and pharmaceutical labelling. A Scantech rewind machine with vision inspection checks every label 100% of the time and can check barcodes and number each label consecutively in one pass.
