Labels

Paper labels for food and pharmaceutical packaging, printed self-adhesive on a Gallus EM340S flexographic press in up to ten colours. Food and healthcare labels are produced under the same roof, which brings added security and fast turnaround for healthcare packaging projects. The press can add screenprinting, cold foil, coating and lamination in line, and prints at a high resolution of 2% dot on material from 30 micron - 400 micron. A press comparator checks the "first off" pass against the customer-approved PDF, and a camera gives the operator a live view of every label during the run. After printing, a Scantech rewind machine with vision inspection checks every label 100% of the time, verifies barcodes and adds 6 lane sequential numbering. The inks are low-odour and Benzophenone free.

Labels

Two layer labels printed on a Gallus EM340S flexographic press in up to ten colours, for food and pharmaceutical labelling. The press can incorporate screenprinting, cold foil, coating and lamination, and pharmaceutical label formats such as silk screen, foil blocking and ‘peel ‘n’ read’ can be added to the machine as required. Labels run on material from 30 micron - 400 micron with low-odour, Benzophenone free inks. A press comparator compares the “first off” print against the customer-approved PDF, and a Scantech rewind machine with vision inspection checks every label 100% of the time, with 6 lane sequential numbering integrated onto the finishing machine.

Bolt Type Oil Machine

Mini 6 Bolt Oil Expeller, a bolt type oil machine with a 24"X4" chamber and a crushing capacity of 54 kg/hour, for mustard, flax, coconut, sesame, sunflower, peanuts, canola, neem and camellia seeds. It turns at 35 RPM and runs on a 7.5 H.P motor or a 12 H.P engine. The open pressing cage of bars is held by a row of nuts along the top, with a drive shaft at each end of the frame. A cylindrical hopper and a feed chute sit above the cage. The body is painted red with white line detailing on light grey legs.

Peelable Labels are self-adhesive printed labels for food and pharmaceutical packaging, produced on a Gallus EM340S flexographic press that prints up to 10 colour + foiling + laminate. Pharmaceutical label formats such as ‘peel ‘n’ read’, silk screen and foil blocking can be added to the press as required, alongside inline screenprinting, cold foil, coating and lamination. Labels run on material from 30 micron - 400 micron using low-odour, Benzophenone free inks. A press comparator system checks the “first off” production pass against the customer-approved PDF, and a Scantech rewind machine with vision inspection checks every label 100% of the time, re-inspecting labels so that waste is removed.
