Shivshakti Elevator Components has supplied 1,50,000+ imperforated doors across India and 85,000+ auto doors in the last four years, and serves 1,500+ satisfied customers nationwide. Founded in 1998, it operated and expanded as Shivshakti Industries from 2013, and in 2018 opened its 40,000 sq ft manufacturing facility in Surat with CNC machinery and automated lines; the factory is also given as 4,000 sq. meter, and the premises size is listed as 1000 square feet. Auto doors followed in 2020 as the business expanded across South Gujarat, development of an auto imperforated door began in 2021, fire and smoke proof configurations launched in 2024, and in 2026 it introduced an advanced operator system engineered on the basis of IS 17900 safety rules. Production stays in-house from raw material to finished product, with fiber laser cutting to a dimensional precision of up to ±0.05mm, multi-axis bending and folding on hydraulic press brakes, heavy-duty MIG/TIG welding for high-tensile structural welds and an automated powder coating line that protects metals from rust and humidity. Every elevator cabin, car frame and automatic door assembly goes through stress-testing and alignment; cabins are delivered within 7 working days, and auto doors and frames are dispatched on the day of the order.
