Brake diaphragm for the air brake chambers of commercial and passenger vehicles. It is the flexible disc inside the chamber that moves under air pressure and pushes the push rod to apply the brake. The diaphragm is moulded in black rubber in a shallow dome shape, with a flat flange rim around the edge that is clamped between the chamber halves and a round raised centre that bears on the push-rod plate.

Warm sand-toned Oberon Beige is a 60x120 CM glazed porcelain tile with a concrete look and a "Carvin with structure" finish. The beige face is softly mottled with fine speckles, small pale flecks and faint lighter veining at the lower left, giving a calm, earthy take on the concrete effect. Labels

Cosmetics labels on rolls, printed on a Gallus EM340S flexographic press in up to 10 colours for bottles, jars and pump dispensers. The rolls carry full-colour designs such as green leaf-and-grape and purple patterns, and the finished labels wrap glass bottles, pump bottles and jars. Screenprinting, cold foil, coating and lamination run inline, on material from 30 micron - 400 micron, with exceptionally high-resolution print (2% dot). Printing uses low-odour, Benzophenone free inks. A press comparator checks the first print against the customer-approved PDF, an on-press camera gives a live view of every label, and a Scantech rewind machine with vision inspection checks every label 100% of the time. The finishing machine adds 6 lane sequential numbering.

Labels

Heat transfer labels supplied in roll form: plain white labels on a cream-coloured liner, wound on cores. They come from a Gallus EM340S flexographic press that prints in up to ten colours and adds screenprinting, cold foil, coating and lamination inline, on material from 30 micron - 400 micron. Food and healthcare labels are produced under the same roof, for enhanced security and fast turnaround on healthcare packaging projects. Printing uses low-odour, Benzophenone free inks suitable for food and pharmaceutical labelling, and the expected average production speed is in the region of 80 metres per minute. After printing, a Scantech rewind machine with vision inspection checks every label 100% of the time and can re-inspect labels so that all waste is removed.

Ceramic Wall Tiles

Patterned matt ceramic wall tile, 60x30 cm, from collection 4597, carrying a bold geometric Texture & Decor design. Three-armed Y shapes and small triangles in red, blue, multi-colour stripes and a marbled stone-like fill sit on an off-white base inside a fine grey triangular grid. The motifs gather into dense star-like clusters at the sides and open out across the centre of the face. Punch Series

Punch Series 8109 is a 600 x 600 mm porcelain tile mixing wood-look planks with white marble-look squares, a white body matt tile for floor and wall use in homes and commercial spaces. Warm brown and greyish-brown wood-grain panels form a diagonal lattice around eight white squares, each crossed by a bold black vein. Orange-brown gravel-look triangles fill the edges. Outdoor Tiles

Lennox Grey is a 60x60 CM outdoor tile from the Lennox 2.0 collection, with a natural stone look and a Matt R11 finish. The face is a mid grey with soft patches of lighter and darker grey and a gently rippled, cleft-stone texture that runs across the tile. The matt surface keeps the stone effect calm and even.
