Brass cookware

Brass kadhai with lid for frying, sautéing and cooking curries and other Indian dishes, part of a brass cookware range. This kadhai has a rounded, wide body with a polished gold-toned brass exterior and a silver-toned interior. Two side handles with black grips are fixed on metal brackets for a steady two-handed lift. Aluminium Non Stick Kadai

Aluminium non-stick kadai, also called a deep karahi or triply kadhai, 4 mm thick with 3ltr capacity, an induction base and a round bottom. It suits gas, induction, ceramic, electric and halogen cooktops for boiling vegetables, cooking sauces, steam frying or sautéing, and goes from stove to table. Made of Hindalco Aluminium with a 3-layered non-stick coating, it is PFOA free, ISI marked, stain and corrosion resistant and easy to clean, and heats fast and evenly to save fuel and time. The glossy red body has thin silver bands and two short black easy-grip handles. It comes with a tempered glass lid and a steel lid, which may vary with availability, and a 1 Year warranty against manufacturing defects (T&C apply).

Aluminium kadai Powder Coated

Powder-coated aluminium kadai (karahi) for everyday Indian cooking: sabji, halwa, rice and many more dishes. The body has a black speckled powder-coated finish with silver bands, a polished silver-tone lid with a black knob, and two metal wire handles with black grips. The aluminium is chosen for good heat conductivity, which adds to the kadai's life. The strong handles make it easy to carry and can also be used to hang the kadai. Cast Iron

Cast iron kadhai, supplied seasoned in 8", 9", 10" and 12" sizes. The deep, round bowl has a grey cast iron finish and two copper-toned metal loop handles fitted to lugs on opposite sides. A kadhai is the everyday Indian cooking pot for deep frying, sautéing and simmering curries and sabzis, and its rounded base and deep sides hold plenty of oil or gravy. The two loop handles let it be lifted with both hands.
