Cast iron kadhai, supplied seasoned in 8", 9", 10" and 12" sizes. The deep, round bowl has a grey cast iron finish and two copper-toned metal loop handles fitted to lugs on opposite sides. A kadhai is the everyday Indian cooking pot for deep frying, sautéing and simmering curries and sabzis, and its rounded base and deep sides hold plenty of oil or gravy. The two loop handles let it be lifted with both hands.
