Vikash Mitul Birla Paper Mills runs a corrugated carton plant at Neral in Raigad district, making boxes from 3-ply to 9-ply in single colour, multicolour and die-cut punched form. The line is complete in-house: a 52-inch corrugation machine with automatic sheet cutter feeds pasting, creasing, slotting, flexo printing and flat-bed punching, with a thermic fluid heater on the corrugator rather than an electrical one.
