Vikash Mitul Birla Paper Mills Pvt Ltd
Vikash Mitul Birla Paper Mills runs a corrugated carton plant at Neral in Raigad district, making boxes from 3-ply to 9-ply in single colour, multicolour and die-cut punched form. The line is complete in-house: a 52-inch corrugation machine with automatic sheet cutter feeds pasting, creasing, slotting, flexo printing and flat-bed punching, with a thermic fluid heater on the corrugator rather than an electrical one. Paper GSM and bursting strength are checked on their own instruments before a box is made. Cartons go to engineering and electrical (pump packing), textile, chemical, food and beverage, and pharmaceutical customers. The range covers universal cartons, duplex-lined and printed boxes, die-cut and fitment boxes, produce boxes and 2-ply corrugated roll. The company was founded in 1994 by Satishchandra T. Birla, following the family's earlier firm Satishchandra Birla Paper Packagings, and works 2.5 acres with 7,500 sq ft under roof.
Qualityz Packaging Solutions
Qualityz Packaging Solutions builds and supplies the machines that seal, fill, code and wrap a product line, from a single-phase table-top sealer up to an automatic carton line. The range runs across sealing (continuous band, vacuum chamber, induction, cup and L-sealer with shrink tunnel), filling (granule, liquid, paste, fully automatic form-fill-seal), coding (handheld inkjet, ribbon and solid-ink online printers with stacker conveyors), and end-of-line work (carton taping, height-adjustable sealers, strapping, stretch wrapping). Machines are specified by what they have to run rather than sold as a catalogue number: sealing widths from 6 to 12 mm, vacuum chambers from the 260 model to a 500 double chamber, filling ranges from 2 g of powder to 5 kg of granules and 5 ml to 3.5 litres of liquid, and carton sealers rated at about 1,000 standard cases an hour. Stainless steel 304 pistons and hoppers on the viscous-liquid fillers, nitrogen flushing as an option on the vacuum range, and coding attachments that can be added to the filling and labelling machines. Buyers are food and beverage packers, pharmaceutical and nutraceutical units, chemical and cosmetic manufacturers, and general merchandise and textile packers. The company works from Vasai with a registered office in Andheri, Mumbai.

Navkaar Tradezone
Navkaar Tradezone makes pencil pouches and stationery goods off Abdul Rehman Street in south Mumbai, and exports them. The line covers pencil pouches, fabric file folders, travel kits and bags made to a buyer's own design. The work is stitched goods rather than moulded or printed packaging: fabric folders and pouches, kit bags, and customised bags where the size, fabric and branding are set by the order. Custom orders are accepted as standard, which is what most of this trade is - a school, a stationery brand or a corporate gifting buyer specifying their own make. The firm has been trading since 2022 and sells both in India and for export.
