About this product
This die-cut corrugated box is cut and creased on a flat-bed punching machine to a shape the buyer specifies, in place of a standard slotted pattern. The plain kraft-brown box has a hinged lid with rounded tuck-in corners that folds down over the base, and the corrugated edge shows along the cut lines. It suits product packs where the box shape follows the item and closes with a folding lid.

What to check
- Ply count (3, 5 or 7) and flute profile (B, C, E or combinations) against the load weight
- Burst strength and edge crush (ECT) of the combined board, tested as per IS 2771
- Box compression strength for the planned stacking height
- Inner dimensions and die-cut tolerances for a snug product fit
What to ask the supplier
- GSM of the liner and fluting papers used in each layer
- Moisture content of the board and any wax or water-resistant coating for produce boxes
- A pre-production sample to confirm partitions, fitments and print registration
