Vikash Mitul Birla Paper Mills Pvt Ltd is a corrugated carton manufacturer in Badlapur, Maharashtra, with its plant at Neral in Raigad district. Production capacity comes from a fully in-house line: a 52-inch corrugator with automatic sheet cutter running at 1,700 m per hour, two 75-inch sheet pasting machines producing 750 pieces an hour each, rotary creasing at 1,200 pieces an hour, slotting and RS4 rotary slotting handling sheets up to 2150 x 1470, a 36-inch lamination machine, a 74 x 53-inch flexo printer at 800 pieces an hour, an 80 x 60-inch flat-bed punching machine and single- and double-pin stitching. Paper GSM and bursting strength are checked on in-house testing equipment. Cartons are supplied to engineering and electrical firms, including pump packing, and to textile, chemical, food and beverage and pharmaceutical businesses. The company holds ISO 9001:2015 certification for its quality management system.
