Cold Press Oil Machine

The Sharma Oil Expeller SOM-25 is a semi-automatic cold press oil machine with a 25 HP motor, made for commercial oil mills, food processing businesses and industrial oil units pressing mustard, coconut, peanut, sunflower, canola, neem and camellia seeds. Its seed list also includes flax seed and sesame (Tilli). Crushing capacity is listed as 250-280 kg per hour and 7 ton/day; the label reads 220-240 Kg/Hour. Actual throughput and oil yield vary with seed variety, moisture, preparation and machine settings. The machine extracts oil purely by mechanical pressing, and at low temperatures cold pressing helps keep the oil's natural character, aroma and flavour. Semi-automatic operation streamlines routine work while operators supervise feeding, and the heavy-duty build suits regular, high-volume production for new oil mills or expanding units. It has a blue frame and base, a polished metal feed hopper and barrel cover, and a spoked hand adjuster at the outlet end. Country of origin is given as India, and also as made in India and China. Edible Oil Mill Plants

Groundnut oil mill plant for extracting edible oil from groundnut (peanut), offered as a 3.5 TPD mini oil mill plant and a 6 ~ 7 TPD automatic plant. Output is rated at up to 45 % oil from groundnut / peanut. The 3.5 TPD mini plant crushes 125 ~ 140 kg per hour, or 3.5 tons in 24 hours. It pairs an oil expeller, topped by a cylindrical kettle and driven by an electric motor and large flywheel, with a plate-type filter press on a tray stand. The 6 ~ 7 TPD automatic groundnut oil mill plant crushes 7 tons in 24 hours and produces 2000 ~ 2400 liters of oil per 24 hours. Two motor-driven expellers are fed by inclined conveyors. Mono Carton Boxes - Food

Chocolate boxes, also listed as "Chocalte Boxes", are printed mono cartons for packing chocolates, made in various sizes: 100 gm, 250 gm, 500 gm and 1 KG. The board is 300/320/350 GSM ITC GREY BACK, WHITEBACK or ITC CYBER XL BOARD, printed in multicolour at 4/0C. Surface choices are drip off effect or UV coating and matt or gloss lamination. Finishing covers die-cutting, side pasting, top and bottom pasting, crash lock bottom pasting and display cartons. The carton range is also made for palkova, butter and masala boxes. Every box goes through 100% inspection before delivery, and delivery time is based on the complexity of the project.

Three Wheeler Parts
