Ceramic Wall Tiles

4595 H1 is a matt ceramic wall tile in 60x30 CM from the 4595 collection, with a Texture & Decor look. Its face carries a geometric pattern of white chevron bands and elongated hexagon outlines with a raised look, set in vertical columns over a grey stone-textured ground. Water absorption is > 12-18% (ISO-10545-3), with a breaking strength of > 800 N and a modulus of rupture of > 18 N/mm2 (ISO-10545-4). Stain resistance is Class 5 (ISO-10545-14), and the tile passes frost resistance (ISO-10545-12) and thermal shock resistance (ISO-10545-9). Deviation in length and width is ± 0.1% (ISO-10545-2). Prestige Wood Crema is a pale cream-beige wood-look architectural surface, 30x120 CM, in a Matt finish. A light, fine wood grain runs along the face, set in bands of closely spaced ribbed lines between smoother plank-like strips for a soft, linear fluted look. The Prestige Wood collection also comes in Brown, Coffee, Honey, Natural and Tortora.

Food Processing Machinery

Oil ghani machine (rotary cold press) that crushes sesame for oil at very low temperature, with 20 kg / hour capacity and a 2 HP, 3 phase electric motor. The whole ghani is a compact machine on a 600mm x 600mm base frame. The 2 HP motor drives a vertical mortar revolving at 12 RPM through a reduction gear box, and pressure is raised through a heavy spring and screw. The pestle and mortar are robust enough to need practically zero maintenance. The machine is painted teal, with a wide round pan at the top, the pestle arm and screw handle above it, a rounded guard over the drive and small wheels on the base frame. Net weight is 300 kg; shipping dimensions are 30" x 36" x 48" (750mm x 900mm x 1200mm) and shipping volume is 1.5 Cubic meter. The ghani has extracted sesame oil in India for 4000 years: bullock-driven, made of stone and granite as early as 2000 BC and later of wood, with half million ghanis running up to 1955 before oil expeller technology took over. Ghanis still running today are made of iron and steel and driven by a 2 HP motor. The same machine makes SANI, a sweet of sesame, its oil and jaggery. 6 kg of sesame seeds are crushed for 8 to 10 minutes, about 700 ml of water (up to 8% of the sesame weight) is sprinkled in, and after 3 to 4 minutes oil starts flowing from the top of the cone. Then 6 kg of jaggery is added and mixed for 5 to 7 minutes, giving 15 kg of SANI in a total cycle of 20 to 22 minutes, or 300 kg to 350 kg in 8 hours. SANI is ready uncooked yet tastes like a cooked product. It is promoted as a nutritious food for children, youth and old people, for removing malnutrition, for improving eyesight, and for refugee camps, where one ghani can make SANI for 2 to 3 thousand people in 8 hours; one person eats 100 to 150 gms.

Bicycle pedal model SC-P-110 with a black rectangular platform and a raised ribbed grip running along each edge of its open-centre frame. Like any bicycle pedal, it threads into the crank arm and carries the rider's foot push to the crank. Battery Accessories

Copper Tupelo is a light honey-coloured wood-look tile in a 20x120 CM plank size, part of the Copper collection of Wooden Tiles with a matt finish with structure. 60x120cm PGVT

Whitesh Onix Natural is a 600 x 1200 mm glossy PGVT (polished glazed vitrified tile) with an onyx-look design.
