Transparent labels on clear film for glass bottles, supplied on a roll and printed in green, white and red so the bottle shows through around the design. Applied labels sit on the bottle's neck and body. They are printed on a Gallus EM340S flexographic press in up to 10 colour + foiling + laminate, with screenprinting, cold foil, coating and lamination inline, on material from 30 micron – 400 micron. Print resolution is exceptionally high (2% dot), using low-odour, Benzophenone free inks. A Scantech rewind machine with vision inspection checks every label 100% of the time, and the expected average production speed is in the region of 80 metres per minute.
