Non-tearable wrap-around labels for bottles and food and pharmaceutical packaging, supplied on a roll. The sample design is white with bold red print, wrapped around tall glass bottles of dark and amber drinks. The labels are printed on a Gallus EM340S flexographic press in up to ten colours, with screenprinting, cold foil, coating and lamination available in line, on material from 30 micron – 400 micron. Food and healthcare labels share one production roof for added security and fast turnaround. Every label passes a camera on the press, then a Scantech rewind machine whose vision inspection checks every label 100% of the time, verifies barcodes and numbers each label in one pass. Inks are low-odour and Benzophenone free.
