Freezer Friendly Labels are roll-fed printed labels for glass bottles, made as oval and rectangular labels in red, white, green and gold artwork. On green and brown glass beverage bottles they sit as neck and body labels. They are printed on a Gallus EM340S flexographic press in up to ten colours, with inline screenprinting, cold foil, coating and lamination, on material from 30 micron – 400 micron. Inks are low-odour and Benzophenone free, suitable for food and pharmaceutical labelling. A camera on the press gives a live view of every label printed, and a Scantech rewind machine with vision inspection checks every label 100% of the time.
