Canister labels for food packaging, made to wrap around tins, clear canisters, glass jars and bottles. The sample range carries full-colour produce artwork of asparagus, tomatoes, chickpeas and olives on light label stock. They are printed on a Gallus EM340S flexographic press in up to ten colours, with screenprinting, cold foil, coating and lamination available in line and a high resolution of 2% dot. Production runs at an expected average of about 80 metres per minute. A camera on the press gives the operator a live view of every label, and a Scantech rewind machine with vision inspection checks every label 100% of the time. The inks are low-odour and Benzophenone free, suited to food labelling.
