The "SHARMA" SOM-10 cold press oil machine is a 10hp oil expeller with a crushing capacity of 100 to 110 kg per hour, built for small to medium-scale oil extraction from mustard, coconut, peanuts, sunflower, canola, neem and camellia seeds. Its printed panel reads 10 HP and 100-110 Kg/Hour and also lists flax seed and sesame (Tilli). For safety it carries overload protection that guards the motor against excess pressure or blockage, an automatic shut-off on a malfunction, and guards around the moving parts. It is built from stainless steel and other materials for continuous operation, with easy access to essential components for servicing. Pressing runs with minimal heat buildup, and the motor is designed for low energy use. It has a polished metal cone hopper and barrel cover with a T-handle at the outlet, in versions with a red gear housing and red handwheel on a blue frame, or on a grey-green frame.
