Kairusi Homemade Pepper Curry Masala is a pepper-based curry masala for chicken, mutton, vegetable and seafood curries, also used as a pepper chicken masala or pepper mutton masala, and sold in 50gm, 100gm, 200gm and 500gm packs. It blends pepper, coriander, cumin and other spices for a robust, savoury kick, and is made by traditional methods to keep the taste of homemade spices. Shelf life is 12 months. For a curry with 500g of meat, sauté 1 finely chopped onion in 2 tablespoons oil until golden, add 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste and 2 chopped tomatoes, then stir in 2 tablespoons of the masala with 2 tablespoons turmeric powder for 2-3 minutes. Brown the meat for about 10 minutes, add water and salt, and simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour until tender. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice or roti.
