Gold Sella Basmati Rice is a natural 1121 extra long grain sella basmati from India, cream in colour, in a 30kg pack marked "Basmati Sella Rice XXXL". Known as "The Queen Of Aroma", Basmati grows mainly at the Himalayan foothills, whose soil and favourable climate suit the paddy and give a long grain with a natural, enticing aroma. Sella is a parboiled variety, partly precooked while the husk is still on, which helps retain nutrients. Naturally matured for more than one year, the grains elongate at least two and a half times on cooking and turn fluffy. Its quality is "100% Pure Sortex Clean" with high purity, and it keeps 12 months from the date of packaging.
