Basmati Tiber Rice is a long grain White Sella Basmati rice under the "Basumoti" (বসুমতী) brand, sold in a 10kg bag. It is listed as Tiber; the pack reads TIBAR. Sella rice is parboiled: partly precooked while the husk is still on, a technique that helps retain nutrients otherwise lost in refining.
