About this product
Motocare radiator guard (radiator grill) for the 2025 KTM Adventure 250 / 390. It protects the engine by shielding the radiator from damage while keeping cooling optimal, in a durable and stylish design. The guard is a gently curved flat panel with a repeating cut-out pattern and a central band of cut-out lettering, with mounting holes along the edges and a lower tab with a hole. It is made in orange and in black, and once fitted it sits in front of the radiator.
Buyer's guide
What to check
- Check the open area of the grille so engine cooling stays efficient.
- Confirm the material (stainless steel, mild steel or aluminium) and sheet thickness in mm.
- Confirm the model and emission version fit, such as Himalayan 411 BS4 or BS6.
What to ask the supplier
- Ask whether it mounts on factory points with rubber isolators to damp vibration.
- Ask for finish options and colour matching to the bike.
