"Door 15" black lever handle on a rectangular backplate with wavy top and bottom edges, giving a rustic look to a door latch set. The backplate has a hammered-texture face and four screw holes near its corners. The rounded lever rises from a domed boss, runs straight out and curls back at the end into a hooked tip with a small stud. It is finished in black throughout and supplied as a single lever on backplate.
