It comes as one piece with matching screws, and two screw holes sit at the top left and bottom right corners. Listed at 4" overall; the marked size is 75mm = 2.9 inch high and 50mm = 1.9 inch wide, with 5mm thickness and 63mm = 2.4 inch vertical spacing between the screw holes.
