6 plate steam dhokla machine, also used as an idli (idaly) steamer machine, with a gas burner and an SS 202 stainless steel body, mostly used in hotels, canteens and caterers ("catereen") and small businesses. It comes with plates (trays) of 14 X 18 X 1.25 Inch for steaming dhokla or idli. It is very easy to use and can be installed anywhere. The steam cabinet has a hinged front door with two latches and a long steel handle, and stands on an open steel frame that houses the burner with a red gas valve knob, on black feet.
