Electric kadai, a 20 Liter electric fryer machine (oil capacity 20 Litter) with two heating coils and temperature control, for frying namkeen, fryms, samosa and chips in a small business. Also called an electric deep fryer, kadai fryer or electric frying machine, it is easy to operate. The semi automatic fryer has a stainless steel body: a deep round kadai set into a flat square top, a front panel with two round dials, a red rotary switch on a yellow plate and two indicator lamps, and an open four-legged stand with lower cross rails.
