The 24X24 Oil Filter Press (Heavy Duty) is the 24X24-plate size of this oil filter press machine, used to filter freshly pressed oil. The oil passes through a long stack of cloth-covered plates that holds back the solids, and the clear oil leaves through a brass tap under each numbered plate. The dark blue frame has white trim, and filter cloths sit between the plates. A hand-wheel screw tightens the stack. A cream collection tray and a metal trough sit beneath, all on a cream stand. A metal feed pipe with a red fitting comes in at one end, and the outlet line has a pink-handled valve.
