Gujrati Bhujiya is a spicy, tangy namkeen in the snack tradition of Gujarat, sold in a 400 gm pack. Its crisp, crunchy strands are made from gram flour (besan) blended with a mix of spices, so every bite brings heat, tanginess and savoury flavour together. The strands are fine, short and golden-yellow. Eat it as a snack on its own, mix it into chaats, or scatter it over other dishes as a spicy topping. It suits festive occasions and celebrations, or a spicy snack at any time.
