Gud Rewadi is the small-piece jaggery and sesame rewadi, also called Gud Rewari: bite-sized, irregular rounds of golden jaggery, each thickly coated in sesame seeds and heaped loose. The pieces have a light tan colour and a rough, seed-covered texture. Known as Till toffee and grouped with gajak, it is a winter sweet and a seasonal sweet, easy to serve by the handful from a bowl on the table. Also known as: Rewadi, Rewari, Meerut Rewadi
