About this product
Black MTechnics headlight grill for the KTM ADV 250 and ADV 390 (2025), a honeycomb-mesh guard that bolts over the LED headlamp. It protects the headlamp assembly from stones, road debris, mud, insects, scratches and sudden impacts on trails, tours, highways and the daily commute. The grill is laser-cut from 1.6mm MS sheet and powder coated in black for rust, corrosion and weather resistance. An open centre frames the main projector lens, honeycomb cut-outs surround it, two bolts hold it to the headlamp housing and a lower tab carries a cut-out logo. It offers OEM-style fitment, vibration resistance and stable mounting on rough terrain and long rides. Made in India. The grill comes in orange, black and silver; this one is black. Listed dimensions: 29x18x14. Fits: KTM ADV 250 2025, KTM ADV 390 2025, ADV 250/390 2025; also listed under Adventure 390 (2025), KTM 390 Adventure
