Warm greige in tone, Swiral Sand is a glazed porcelain tile with a marble look, a matt finish and a 60x60 CM format. The face carries tall vertical bands in slightly varying shades over a finely speckled ground, with thin textured edges where the bands meet. Sand completes the six-colour Swiral collection with Bianco, Crema, Dove, Grey and Nero. Water absorption is < 0.05% (ISO-10545-3), breaking strength > 1800 N (ISO-10545-4) and surface abrasion resistance Class PEI 4 (EN 154). The tile also lists a Mohs scratch hardness of 5 (EN 101), slip resistance of > 0.40 dry and > 0.40 wet (ISO-10545-17), and frost resistance Pass (ISO-10545-12).
