Sparta Bianco — Glazed Porcelain Tiles, Polished, 60x120 CM

About this product

Sparta Bianco glazed porcelain tiles bring a white marble look in a 60x120 CM size with a polished, high-gloss surface. Soft grey and beige veins drift across a bright white face, giving the large slabs a calm, continuous marble effect when laid side by side. Key values for choosing include glossiness > 92 GU (Gloss meter 60°), water absorption < 0.05% (ISO-10545-3), breaking strength > 1800 N (ISO-10545-4), surface abrasion resistance >=3 (EN 154) and surface scratch hardness 5 on the Mohs scale (EN 101). Reaction to fire is Class A1 - A1 fl. The Sparta collection comes in eight sizes and also in Pista, Rose, Sea Blue, Beige and Verde. Available sizes (CM): 100x100, 120x180, 60x60, 60x120, 30x60, 80x80, 80x160, 120x120

Buyer's guide

What to check

Check water absorption, which is 0.5% or lower for porcelain tiles.
Check breaking strength, flatness and edge straightness (rectified edges).
Confirm the finish and slip resistance for the intended floor or wall area.

What to ask the supplier

Ask for conformity to IS 15622 or ISO 13006 and the batch test report.
Ask for box coverage in square metres and the shade and calibre code on each box.
