Silk Emperador Brown — Glazed Porcelain Tiles, High Gloss, 60x120 CM

About this product

Silk Emperador Brown brings a deep chocolate-brown Emperador marble look to a glazed porcelain tile, shown in 60x120 cm with a high gloss finish. Darker angular chips sit across the brown face, linked by fine white and copper-gold veins that give it a breccia-like pattern. The high gloss finish is rated > 94 GU (Gloss meter 60°). Water absorption is < 0.05% (ISO-10545-3), breaking strength is > 1800 N (ISO-10545-4), surface abrasion resistance is >=2 (EN 154), and stain resistance is Class 5 (ISO-10545-14). The Silk Emperador collection also comes in Black. Sizes: 60x60, 60x120, 80x80, 80x160, 120x120 cm

Buyer's guide

What to check

Check water absorption, which is 0.5% or lower for porcelain tiles.
Check breaking strength, flatness and edge straightness (rectified edges).
Confirm the finish and slip resistance for the intended floor or wall area.

What to ask the supplier

Ask for conformity to IS 15622 or ISO 13006 and the batch test report.
Ask for box coverage in square metres and the shade and calibre code on each box.
