Lumina Fossile — Wooden Tiles, Matt with structure, 20x120 CM

About this product

Lumina Fossile brings a greyish-brown taupe to the Lumina wood-look tile collection, in a 20x120 CM plank with a matt finish with structure. Its face carries dense, finely etched wood grain with swirling cathedral figures running along the length. The tile lists water absorption of < 0.05% (ISO-10545-3) and breaking strength of > 1800 N (ISO-10545-4). Abrasion resistance is Class PEI 4 (2100 revolutions) (EN 154), stain resistance Class 5 (ISO-10545-14) and slip resistance (COF) > 0.40 dry, <0.40 wet (ISO-10545-17). It passes frost (ISO-10545-12) and thermal shock (ISO-10545-9) tests, with a Class A1 - A1 fl reaction to fire rating. Other Lumina colours: Lumina Cafe, Lumina Bone, Lumina Natural, Lumina Smoke, Lumina Steel, Lumina Tortilla

Buyer's guide

What to check

Check water absorption, which is 0.5% or lower for porcelain tiles.
Check breaking strength, flatness and edge straightness (rectified edges).
Confirm the finish and slip resistance for the intended floor or wall area.

What to ask the supplier

Ask for conformity to IS 15622 or ISO 13006 and the batch test report.
Ask for box coverage in square metres and the shade and calibre code on each box.
