A deep charcoal ground is cut by rust-orange and copper veins into large angular stone-like pieces, with grey speckled, granular patches across the face. Water absorption is < 0.05% (ISO-10545-3) and breaking strength is > 1800 N (ISO-10545-4). The polished surface reaches > 92 GU (Gloss meter 60°), stain resistance is Class 5 (ISO-10545-14), frost resistance is Pass (ISO-10545-12) and reaction to fire is Class A1 - A1 fl.
