About automotive connector

Connector holders join wiring harness sections and plug into lamps, switches and sensors. They are grouped by series, named after terminal blade width: 090 (about 2.3 mm), 0110 (2.8 mm), 0250 (6.3 mm) and others. Variants here include sealed, waterproof and unsealed 090 holders, PBT-body versions, 0110 series holders with one or more poles for three-wheelers, and multi-pole tail light holders. Buyers compare series, pole count, male or female form, sealing grade, housing material (nylon or PBT), locking latch and terminal fit. They serve two-wheelers, three-wheelers, tractors and commercial vehicles.

Buyer's guide

What to check

  • Match the series (090, 0110, 0187 or 0250) to the terminal blade width
  • Check the pole count and male or female housing type
  • Confirm sealed or unsealed design and the IP rating for waterproof holders
  • Check the housing material, nylon PA66 or PBT, and its flame rating

What to ask the supplier

  • Ask for the matching terminals and seals by part code
  • Ask for the vehicle model or OEM part the holder replaces
