20MM Bench Drill Machine with a heavy duty cast iron base and pillar, made for drilling holes up to 20 mm in steel and also in aluminium, brass, plastic, wood and other engineering materials. It serves engineering workshops, machine shops, automotive workshops, tool rooms, fabrication units, maintenance units, educational institutes and small-scale industries, for production as well as repair work. The belt-driven spindle has an MT2 taper and 125 mm travel, giving 5 or more speeds across 450-2500 RPM by pulley setting, with run-out accuracy of 0.02 mm. The chuck takes 1-13 mm or 1-20 mm. The 250 mm x 250 mm table adjusts in height and angle by rack and pinion and sits 750 mm from the floor, with 600 mm maximum from spindle to base, a 63 mm column and a 300 mm x 500 mm base. Feed is by manual lever, lubrication is manual and a coolant system is optional. The cast iron frame keeps vibration low for steady, accurate drilling with low maintenance, and every machine is inspected before dispatch. Power is 0.5 HP - 1 HP (0.37-0.75 kW) on 220-240V (Single Phase), 50-60 Hz, with a noise level of 70 dB and an operating range of 5C to 45C. The paint-coated machine is green and orange, measures approx. 700 x 350 x 1200 mm and weighs 50 - 70 kg (approx.). Production capacity is 30-50 machines per month.
