The ALL GEAR RADIAL DRILL MACHINE is an all-gear-drive radial drill with an MT 4 spindle taper, built for drilling, tapping, boring and reaming in heavy fabrication workshops, steel plants and engineering industries. It takes a maximum drilling diameter of 40 mm to 60 mm depending on model, with variable working speeds across 8 to 12 spindle speeds. A heavy-duty cast iron frame and hardened gears give smooth, low-noise operation with high precision and consistent, repeatable accuracy, suited to continuous, heavy-duty production on large workpieces. A built-in coolant pump and centralized lubrication reduce thermal and frictional wear for longer-lasting operation in continuous use. The machine is electric and semi-automatic with manual/electrical control, rated 2-3 HP (2.2 kW approx.) on 220V/380V/415V, 50Hz, for an ambient industrial temperature range. It is painted/coated in blue and white, with a box-type work table on a T-slotted base plate, a push-button control panel, a handwheel and feed handles on the drilling head.
