Charanjit stainless steel tri-ply kadhai with lid, a triply kadai for frying, sautéing and curries on gas and induction, in five sizes from 20cm to 28cm, 7.00cm to 9.00cm high and 1.60 to 4.00 litres, in 2.5mm and 2.1mm. It has an impact-bonded base and three layers of food-grade metals, with 304 and 430 grade aluminum cores sandwiched between two stainless steel layers. Heat spreads evenly, so food sticks less, cooking time drops and fuel lasts longer. The nickel-free steel is nonreactive, the smooth non-porous interior is easy to clean, and it is oven-safe, dishwasher-safe and zero-toxin.
