Cast iron Panniyaram pan, supplied seasoned in 7Pits and 12Pits versions. The 12-pit pan is a round plate with twelve rounded cavities set inside a raised rim, two short tab handles on opposite sides and a dark grey-black finish. A panniyaram (paniyaram) pan cooks small round dumplings of batter, one in each pit, turned as they brown. The two tab handles let the pan be lifted with both hands.
