Coconut oil for export in a 1000 Liters / 264 Gallon IBC: 100% pure unrefined edible coconut oil, cold pressed from mature dried coconuts and shipped FOB Port - INCOK (Cochin, India). The IBC is a white tank in a steel cage on a pallet base, with a red top cap and a bottom outlet valve. The factory is in the Malabar region of Keralam, known for its dense coconut meat. Coconuts are cut and dried in a custom made smoke free dryer, and once all moisture is out, the copra is stored free of preservatives and Sulphur. The copra is unroasted: oil is pressed in an expeller with zero external heat, free of chemicals and solvents, and left to settle in a series of settling tanks. Cold pressing preserves the rich aroma and taste of fresh copra, giving the aroma and flavour characteristic of the coconuts used. The oil has zero chemical compounds, additives or preservatives. It stays unrefined because refining runs at high temperature with chemicals and solvents, which makes oil toxic and harmful for health and void of nutrients; refined oil does more harm than regular cold pressed oil. Coconut oil is one of the few natural sources of immunity boosting Lauric acid. It boosts immunity, improves memory, has antimicrobial properties, speeds up metabolism, aids digestion, promotes glowing skin and nourishes hair. It is considered one of the healthiest oils for cooking and is used in ayurveda and ayurvedic medicinal preparations. As hair oil it reduces hair fall and increases shine and thickness of hair. Coastal cuisine uses it to prepare all food items, and it serves as a natural skin moisturizer. Bulk supply goes to restaurants for cooking, ayurvedic medicine and cosmetic producers, pet food manufacturers and other proprietary product manufacturers. It is packed and dispatched on order from the factory in Kozhikode, Kerala, with delivery across India through VRL Logisitics, Delhivery Surface, V xpress Surace, APS Cargo and others.
