Phillip type parallel bar bicycle frame, model SC-F-104, an open step-through frame with brazed up lugs and shell, offered in 18, 20, 22 and 24 inch sizes. The frame is the main structure of a bicycle, carrying the fork, wheels, crankset, seat and handlebar. In place of a top tube, a long slanted tube runs low from the head tube to the bottom bracket shell, leaving an open space in front of the seat tube for easy mounting. Seat stays and chain stays form the rear triangle. It comes in a dark finish with orange and yellow decals.
