Phillip Type 7 Bar bicycle frame, Model No. SC-F-106, made for bicycle assembly in 22"/24" sizes. The lugs and the bottom bracket shell come brazed up. The frame is finished in black with yellow and orange decal bands along the tubes. It carries a complete rear end, with seat stays and chain stays running back to the rear dropouts.
