Phillip type 4 bar bicycle frame, model SC-F-102, with twin parallel top tubes and brazed up lugs and shell, offered in 16, 18, 20, 22 and 24 inch sizes. As the main structure of a bicycle, the frame carries the fork, wheels, crankset, seat and handlebar. Two top tubes run side by side from the head tube to the seat tube, above a slanted down tube that meets the bottom bracket shell, with seat stays and chain stays forming the rear triangle. The tubes have a dark finish with orange and yellow decals.
