Mookadalai- White is the white chickpea, also known as Chana, sold as dried whole seeds in a 200 gms pack. The seeds are pale cream, round and gently wrinkled, each with a small pointed tip. Mookadalai is one of the oldest legumes or pulses known to mankind.
