Whole cloves in a 50 gms pack: a cooking spice made from the dried flower buds of the clove tree, an evergreen. The buds are harvested in their immature state and then dried. Each whole clove is shaped like a small, reddish-brown spike, usually around 1 centimeter in length, and cloves have a very strong, pungent flavour and aroma.
